You should probably take the SWC information out of this if you're gong to make at least a somewhat legit comparison.

Oh and we have 4 division titles, if you're counting shared.

That's an SECr myth. There is no 1-14 ranking of SEC teams at years end.

We finished t2 in the West with LSU (there's no tiebreakers after 1st place)

What everybody is referring to is our national rank after the regular season and CCGs. It was 5th highest nationally of SEC teams at that time (although we were the 4th selection by bowl committees)

But after the entire season, we were t2 highest rank nationally of SEC teams at #5 with UGA.

Welcome to facts.

Bama's schedule was a major factor in those titles than their play. Like FSU of the 90s or OU of the early 2000s.

Yeah, but in reality, while the divisional tie-breakers are indeed used only to determine the division champion, it's fairly convenient and practical to use those same tiebreakers the rest of the way down if we're looking for a true impartial SEC standings 1 to 14.

It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but had Bama been ineligible for postseason in 2012 (unfortunately they weren't!), LSU would have represented the West in Atlanta.

Since the SEC expansion in '92, the East has traditionally been the better division.

Only since the 2007 season has the West become better than the East. But, the East is slowly catching up, and will soon retake it's spot as the best division.

As of now, I'd take Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina over Bama, LSU, and A&M/Auburn.

I'd take Bama out of any of them.

Does not compute.

They were in the SEC Championship game in 2010 and have been good ever since. They have come close to, or won, the SEC East crown since then. And they definitely didn't just emerge in the SEC.

No it's not, it's what we call the o/a conference standings. It's how we do it here.

I recommend you observe how it's done, and keep your worthless opinions of how it's done elsewhere to yourself.

As far as...

Number of conference titles...(of any kind)

That won't buy a cup if coffee in these parts, if you don't have an SEC title, you don't have shite.

I'm sure he means emerged since back in the day.
2010 is still kinda recent. But either way, they are here now.

The title hasnt left the state of Alabama in over 3,000 days, I think if I had to pick a side of the SEC to be on, it would be the west.

Now Bama fans are claiming Auburn's title?

You people are worse than Missouri fans chanting "SEC SEC SEC"

What part of this makes it look like an Alabama fan is claiming Auburn's title?

What he said is a fact.

God damn son. I would like to congratulate all the Florida fans for not pussy aching about playing LSU every year.
