I've said it only to you. You both seem to take this awfully serious.

Seems like you do to since you keep posting also.

Wrong about what? I said Hugh Freeze has recruited better than Butch Jones since they've both been in the conference. That would be 2013, and as you've admitted, Freeze has. The only thing I've been wrong about is initially claiming UT went winless in conference play in '12, and that Jones has swept Vanderbilt.

Unfortunately that hasn't been the outcome, champ. You have one guy who blatantly misconstrues every response I make knowing that 20 Tennessee fans will chime in to side with him just out of sheer disdain for me.

What's that thing about moving the goal posts? There was no mention of a time period, simply that Ole Miss has out recruited Tennessee. This is a very subjective statement, so I sought to quantify it. You can choose to disagree with my assessment, but to take a flat 4 year comparison when it neither provides any statistically significant differential nor levels the playing field given the detriment of 1st year classes is not really a sound basis for comparison. Additionally, using "class rank" as the measuring stick doesn't really help much in your scenario either for one simple reason - it's relative to the competition that year. If I take a flat 4 year comparison and I simply look at "Average player rating" from 247, Ole Miss loses there as well:

Tennessee
Avg Rating/player
2016 89.6
2015 89.43
2014 89.51
2013 87.85

TOTAL: 89.0975

Ole Miss
Avg Rating/player
2016 90.92
2015 87.8
2014 87.42
2013 84.57

TOTAL: 87.6775

Again, the numbers fail to make your case. No one has even stated that Butch has out recruited Freeze, simply that they are about on the same playing field, but if you really dig into the numbers, you'd be slightly behind in many categories. The one place that I see you guys winning out is 5 stars (7 to UT's 1), but when accounting for total talent brought in, it would appear that Ole Miss doesn't win that battle either.

Unfortunately, you're wrong. Per the usual.

It's not out of disdain for you, it's because you're wrong. I have a hard time understanding how a loser like you has developed such an ego that you think every time someone disagrees with you, it's personal.

I've been according to a 4 year time frame since the first page. Based on the class rankings that were posted (by a Vol fan), I have not been wrong about anything

You're like the UFC fighter who gets up after 3-5 rounds of pure arse stomping with hands in the air claiming victory. Let it go man.

Also, you likely do not know this, but I'm married to a UT grad. As much as I'd love to *not* have a direct connection, sadly, I do. I would say you have no idea what it's like to have someone in the house get let down like they have the last few years, but let's face it... you do. Just like every fan of a team not named Bama.

I just can't get over the fact that in 120+ years of Ole Miss football they've managed to win 10 games...

ZERO times.

Maybe one day.

Based on the ranking provided on the first page, Hugh Freeze has averaged a better class than Butch Jones since 2013. You're wrong. I'm right

Can't imagine want the rant will be like when Ole Miss finally wins 10 games.

And if one of those wins is Alabama?

Good God.

There is nothing more irritating than a person who has been proven wrong through various methods and mechanics multiple times that smugly smilingly insists that he is still right.

This is accurate. Which no one has argued... however the differential would be what is referred to in the mathematics world as "statistically insignificant"... thus the reasoning behind additional investigation. In every metric I've provided, you've failed to meet any semblance of proving your hypothesis that Tennessee has not recruited as well as Ole Miss. It's subjective, the whole point here is that you can't win the argument. The fact that you're too dense to realize it is moving from amusing to bizarre.

Really? I rather enjoy it. It lets me know a lot about the quality of an Ole Miss education. So rather than simply being an abysmal football program, they also provide an educational degree equivalent to that of the University of Phoenix.

I haven't been proven wrong in this recruiting debate. For the second time, I've been going in accordance to a four year time frame since page one. You all are awfully mad about this. I'd be upset as well if my team had failed to beat their biggest rival going on a decade and dropped 11 straight to the other.

Fun fact: Tennessee is 6-24 against Florida over the last 30

Also sick of hearing this "We beat Alabama two years in a row" BS from these morons.

When you completely bury Alabama's football program for a decade like UT did come talk to us.

F'n chumps.
