Not with the numbers you provided. The 80% represents a strong sample of what the scores are to get in Bama. The 50% might be more speculation.

That seems to be a false claim. UA's freshman class ACT score is actually moving higher every year. I assume the same holds true for AU, although their link didn't specifically mention a trend.
