Agreed. We appreciate the compliment.

Although, as an A&M fan, defense is not a subject you would be very competent in. You probably shouldn't try to have an educated conversation about it. It would be like me talking about male cheer leaders......it's just not my expertise.

Too bad you are ignorant about your own school. LSU has gay male cheerleaders you know.

And we won the SEC west 2 years before Petrino took the job but all the good players were gone by then

He would be a great choice, he's a good coach. Plus he wouldn't have to completely re-tool the team like he has at Arkansas.

I'd like to see Bert coach for a couple more years.

If he continues to build, he should be on the short list.

False

I thought the narrative was that Miles used the Arky gig to get a raise from LSU?

Not ignorant. I know we have them...that doesn't make me an expert. Going to practice my cheers the night before the with all male "yell leaders" would make me an expert. I tend to be more of an expert of female cheerleaders.

I'm sure he would drop the Arky gig in a NY second to come to a school with NC potential.

That's all you have. Les could only win one with CNS's players. They will always be a step behind with Les.

seriously though

I think if LSU wanted Bert or Sumlin either would leave. But at this point Bert is more proven. He does have a nice resume' from Wisky, although the conference was in shambles. Sumlin is 1 7-8 win season from being fired

Wait wait wait.... let me get this straight. You think LSU could steal a coach from A&M? That's rich. Maybe if you're talking you want a decent offense so you hire Jake Spav as your HC, but we all know if its apples to apples, only A&M is taking from LSU. As recent history shows, you couldn't even hang on to your long time DC.

in any of the Big 3 sports, yes.

unfortunately, you have no HC worth taking.

If we can keep coach O, and have Chavis, then that'd be ideal. But none of aTm's HC in basketball, football or baseball are on the level of LSU's

sorry

Other way around. Ark. A.D. approached Les via his agent but Les wouldn't have jumped unless someone got really stupid with the money. Bert is a good fit for Ark. and he'll end up doing well there IMO. Would not be the first choice at LSU were Les to depart at this time.

Bert has more conference titles than Les.
