^^^ This. Texas A&M use to be the one Texas school that I hated the least, even after they beat us. Not so much now. If we were going to add a Texas school to the SEC it should have been Texas, at least they can back up their arrogance with a winning history.

Historical win for us, because we're shite historically. But a blip on Bama's radar, if that.

To be fair, we have a much better football history than South Carolina.

Yet you brag more about beating a #1 team than a team who's only beaten one #1 team in their history.

If that makes it fair to you, then go ahead.

I cringe to think what Horn fans would've been like had JFF gone there and had similar success. You guys are annoying enough but good lord they would literally be unbearable.

I always liked A&M because we were connected, in a way. Bear and Stallings specifically.

Im simply defending the idea that its possible for us to beat them again. Thats hardly bragging.

Of course it's possible, but it isn't likely. Who on your D is gonna defend a healthy AJ McCarron throwing to Cooper, White, Howard, Bell, etc? You lose a lot up front too on D, don't you? Yeldon says hi.

On d Evans will probably give Belue trouble. Belue is gonna be really good this year, but Evans is just flat out bigger than him, maybe we'll put Fulton on him.

Did anybody think A&M had a prayer last year? Did anyone think A&Ms defense would hold Bama to ten points and less than 150 total yards in the first, third and fourth quarters combined?

A&M has as much business playing with Bama this year as last, and this time its at Kyle. We patched together something that worked last year, we can do it again.

Well, we've beaten y'all more than once ... we're actually 3-5 against y'all since joining the conference. But we get what you're saying and you're right ... we don't go around acting like some of these A&M tools because we've been here long enough to know one game does not make a program. You gotta bring it every week, every season, in the SEC. Ask Tennessee fans how quickly things can turn in this league - it is brutal and unforgiving.

I feel absolutely certain that y'all (Bama) will put them back in their place come September and that they'll stfu and disappear by November.

In the meantime I am starting to get a kick outta some of these A&M people. Texas fans warned us ...

Yep.

No, but it was public knowledge that AJ was hurt for the tail end of the season, and playcalling was horrible in that stretch. Lacy and Yeldon would be averaging 6 yards a pop against you guys and LSU, but we kept passing. Neither team could stop the run, and had we just kept running like we did against UGA we would have been 14-0.

Under Saban we're significantly better on the road.

Saban didn't have multiple months to plan last time, and the game we'll play before that will let us practice the gameplan on that offense, and then we have a bye week to fix any errors. I'm not saying you can't win, you most certainly can, but if I was an A&M fan I wouldn't be expecting it to happen.

Hopefully we can play each other in Atlanta come December. That'll be a game to see!

Saban hasn't forgotten about 2010.

To be realistic no one gives a frick ... especially about the past. Oh, errrr, wait. I'm wrong about that because obviously you aTm fans do - that's all you ever type about when trying to make a point about why you're going to be so great in the future.

"WE BEAT BAMA LAST YEAR!" :::: chest thumping assumed :::: lulz

Thanks for the laughs.

It's really a shame SCAR and A&M are not facing-off this season ... we were hoping we would. Watching Clowney and Sutton gang rape JFF would have been classic.

I never see anyone other than me mention it, and the media probably wouldn't mention it, but the story of a Bama v USCe SECCG should be...

CyKo vs JD Clowney

- Were the top two recruits in their class

- JD was the top DL, CyKo was the top OL, and both had a huge jump on the guy behind them.

- They'd be going at each other all night

- Both would be top three players in the NFL draft

scrooster to be fair to Roger, he's one of the best A&M posters. I hope he doesn't take my current comments toward him negatively, just trying to bring some facts.

The one thing I keep seeing is that A&Ms offense surprised everyone. The only SEC team that can legitimately say that is Florida. Everyone else had tons of tape, and everyone knew what Sumlin and JFF were doing.

If your coaching staffs were indeed surprised, then they are being grossly overpaid. But when we are honest with ourselves, you and I know that's not the truth; your coaches and teams were prepared yet failed to win. *except LSU, damn them.
