I'm a pessimist usually. But Cooper is clearly the best player player in the country.
He'll lose which is fine because I'm totally ready for the NCAA/NIT watch

Alabama greatest [fill in the blank] says Alabama.

Does anyone remember when the Heisman presentation was not boring?

Multiple players this decade have put up numbers like that

Says bama fans everywhere. He will get 3rd so prepare yourself for a let down. He might squeak out a 2nd place over Gordon at best.

Cooper is clearly the best player in the country and will be drafted ahead of all of these guys, regardless of how good they are. And they are good, obviously.
It's like some of you have never seen a game outside of your own teams.

Throwing for 50+ TDs is nowhere near throwing for 38. Hell, Sims ran for 6 or so and didn't run very much. Sims' numbers in Oregon's offense would have been amazing too. Sims isn't MM and MM deserves this thing.
But just 2 INTs? That was my point. That's incredibly efficient in a system that throws the ball all the time,

You talking about Mariotta?

It is still pretty impressive to see it happen in an offense like Alabama's though. Lane deserves a lot of credit too.
Still think Mariota is the likely winner. Gordon is a fairly distant third.

As if Kiffins offense didn't help Sims... You Bama fans crack me up.
Nothing I said was funny or "gumpish."
Of course Kiffin helped Sims, uhh, so? He would have had much better stats as Oregon's QB. And holy shite, do you realize who we're talking about? Sims.....the guy who was shite on for a month by everybody including Alabama fans. That guy, that guy would have had around 40-50 TDs at Oregon.

All three of these young men seem like tremendous individuals. All very classy. Cooper is the most tremendous and classy however.

This is what sold me. Give it to him, 2 INTs is insane.

This award is for the best college player and that's Mariota.
And picking the best CFB player between these 3 is really splitting hairs. All 3 dominate every time they hit the field.
