He played in the 4th Quarter of the UCLA, WSU, Washington, Stanford, Utah, Michigan State, Colorado, and both Arizona games . All but one of those 4th quarters he scored a TD I believe

He had 6 total TDs in the 4th quarters of those 9 games combined. Hardly pouring it on

I'm sure the same could be said for about 80% of Heisman voters. Especially given how late the games start on the east coast.

With the exception of the Michigan State game.
