Well let it be known from this day forward, BoarEd decried multiple national championships for ye wolverines!

Maybe he will. Maybe he won't. The point is, Saban already has. At two universities. He has the clout the say whatever the hell he wants. Jim doesn't.

You could literally say no shite to every point you're trying to make. Of course coaches are gunning for Saban. He's the best in his profession.

Oh and his success will begin to wane? Don't go too far out on that limb, captain obvious. You mean it's not likely that he'll win another 4 championships in the next 7 years? Let's fire his arse now.

Harbaugh will win multiple national championships at Michigan and you can take that to the bank.

It's an interesting thought, but he'll always be second fiddle to Urban. Plus, Michigan has managed only half of one in the past 70 years, anyway.

You can't talk shite to the champ. Saban pulls out his hand and shows his collection.

People gotta realize that if there is one place with more tradition in College Football than Alabama, it's Michigan, or Notre Dame, or Ohio State.

I know we like to think that the SEC is dominate in this sport, but traditionally, it isn't. Not as much as we like to think.

The freakin' game was invented up there, and those people can ALWAYS call upon that if you want to go the "tradition" route. They CAN recruit, on name alone. I vividly remember a time when the Big Ten was BETTER than the SEC across the board.

If you just take a look at what they're doing by adding Urban Meyer and Jim Harbaugh as coaches, you can easily see that the Big Ten is about to become a contender once more.

Jim Harbaugh is one of the best coaches in the game, at any level, and he is taking over a program that is on equal footing as Alabama. Alabama is like the Michigan of the South.

Don't mean to be a dick...just the facts.

I see it exactly the other way at this point. Not that I expect you to understand, as a Bama fan, but there are a LOT of coaches gunning for Saban now, and they will get him.

Of course, he will retire before his reputation is tarnished, and one can hardly blame him, but his success will begin to wane. Starting this year.
I would bet anyone here 1 dollar that Alabama doesn't make the playoffs again this season.(quote)

I disagree. Saban might have his best defense ever and he does
have the best team of players he has ever had on one team.

That doesn't mean that they will have the team chemistry to
win it all, but if you think Alabama isn't loaded then you haven't
been paying attention.

Harbaugh must be just trying to spin this in a way to keep UM in the headlines by challenging Saban, because he can't be so fricking stupid as to believe what he actually said. Nothing Saban was a slap at Michigan. Saban wasn't lecturing Michigan, and Harbaugh knows it.

Time for the never Bama fans to send Harbaugh the laundry list of violations Alabama has committed under Saban without punishment. Maybe Harbaugh will shed some light on it since the media clearly wont.

Things could really get interesting then

I believe he's referring to Bo Davis who took extra recruiting visits and was promptly fired.

Harbaugh doesn't want to mess with the king. He's proven nothing and Saban will eat him alive without even mentioning Harbaugh's name.
He already did it today. Saban spoke and Harbaugh got all eat up and couldn't resist taking a swipe at Saban.
Saban was having an intelligent debate and Harbaugh went to grade-school tactics.

It's clear:
Saban is playing chess while Harbaugh is playing checkers...shirtless while spending the night with high school boys.
