I see him pushing the entire process to the limit very similar to Nick Saban.
Recruiting, conditioning, camps out of state and just being innovative. The guy is tough and has charisma and you may or not like him this coach is good and my opinion one of the best in the business. Having U. Myer at Ohio State to coach against and recruit against is his toughest hurdle.
Your coach Saban is the best in the business but he is not liked by everyone, respected by all the guy does what ever it takes to succeed and Harbaugh is very similar
