I understand you saw a thread about auburn and had to give your two cents and i actually found this one funny as opposed to your normal emoticon posting, however even though it's intended as sarcasm the trotter and todd inclusions actually do speak to his qb coaching skill.

Chris Todd's numbers have been discussed over ad nauseam in past threads. Check out his numbers against ranked team. You'll have a good laugh.

If Trotter is an example of Gus's coaching ability, then, as an Alabama grad, I look forward to many years of him coaching up the Auburn QB's.

Since November 2013? Odd

But I'll take your word for it.

Guy was terrible and he found a way to win 8 games.

We'll just disagree on auburn's coaches acumen and move on.

i liken to self taught guitarists. a lot of these guys dont really want to learn to read music. they're afraid it will change the way they play. i.m sure gus dont want his qb learning anything that will mess up the way he runs the team. jmo

Good thought, I agree.

If Marshall wants to play in the NFL, he needs to switch back to DB.

You act like bama has had this laundry list of Heisman QBs year after year

yup, those are the only conclusions you can come up with for Gus's career.

It's nice you live through Auburn on here, its very lil bro like of you. Continue your effort, I expect you to be on the first page of every Auburn thread this week. For a normal poster this would be a task, but for you it would be quite the task to do the opposite.

Bama under Saban has been much more stable at QB than QB play with Gus at Auburn.

luckily for bama, they hired lane kiffin... his work with superstars jonathon crompton and max wittek was amazing.

Also greatly improved matt barkley's career... dude went from total obscurity to a first round draft pick.

Use it as a negative recruiting tool then.

Gus' 1 Heisman trophy winning QB is better than any QB Saban has ever brought in to Bama.

Between Star Jackson and Nick Fanuzzi, I can't really decide which QB at bama was wasted more.

Do you understand what the word stable means? No one argued that Cam Newton was a great success. I was unaware guys that rode the bench actually figured into this conversation.

I do have to hand it to Gus though, the massive failure of his prized possession Kiehl Frazier is probably what led to Chizik being fired and Gus landing that job.

So your argument is that Gus has made Auburn unstable at QB.

You're a frickin bafoon.

Haven't the last four starting Alabama QBs (incl. McCarron)gone to the NFL?
