You are a petty, little man.

I live off of 12 S area and it's been the best 2 years of my life. Honestly better than college.
Soon my place will be torn down for some condos though.

Surprised Ithaca, NY isn't on this list.

Sorry but a top 10 with no Chapel Hill, or Raleigh, but instead, Gainesville and College Station? That's lewdichris!

No Athens or State College? List is shite. What the hell is there to do in Provo anyway? Drink diet Sprite?

I guess that "great football team" wasn't high on the list of criteria.

I take it you've never been to Columbia,MO. You should come up here the next time SC plays Mizzou. I can show you a good time friend.

Any "top college town list" without Troy listed is complete BS. Troy makes Athens seem like Mayberry.

I can attest that Nashville is very much a college town despite the size factor. Bumper stickers, school flags and walking into any sports bar on a given Saturday prove my point. It is just not a Vandy town. If I were to estimate the breakdown of Davidson County loyalties, it would look like this:
Tennessee 28%
Alabama 14%
Vandy 13%
Kentucky 6%
Ole Miss 6%
Auburn 5%
All others 15%
Don't care 13% (non-football fans)

Very very very dumb rankings, especially considering where they put this one.
Gainsville sucks mother fricking donkey dick. Also Athens is way way too low.

Been there. It wasn't anything special. The Q sucked too.

No way in hell this is correct
I have been to College Station
While the architecture is pretty bland the people are good.
That being said no way BCS is Top 2 even in the SEC, much less the country. Seems they should deduct points for Bryan and Baton Rouge too low.

Athens is far better of a town then college station. It really is not even debatable.
Their criteria is weird. Most of the time, the most affordable places are cheap for a reason.

SEC offices should move out of shitfest Birmingham and relocate to Nashville. Nashville is not SEC partisan like Birmingham and it's light years ahead of Birmingham in quality of life.

Leave Tom Ritter in Birmingham
