1a. Athens
1b. Oxford (smaller version of Athens with way less ghetto and the hot girls are generally dumber)

The rest.

They were very clear in their criteria. According to that criteria that is the list.

I don't get why people are amazed. Not everyone judges a town by how much trouble you can get into in that town.

And not everyone judges a town by how many buildings on campus look like eastern european prisons.

The criteria is in the OP. That isn't on the list.

I don't know why you are lashing out at me. I didn't make Baton Rouge a corrupt crime ridden hellhole.

Yup, he looks like an educated man that would judge towns based off of actual criteria and not how cool the bars are and how easy the women are.

That is what you meant, right?

List is weird, but I am cool with Oxford being left off.

All the national pub we have received over the last few decades of being a top 10 college and retirement town has really drove up housing prices and moved a lot of people there.

All the Ole Miss alumni know it is magical, so we would prefer to keep the sidewalkers, retirees, etc. out.

It really is.

It's where average middle class kids become "rich snobs" and #1 recruiting classes never win their division.
