If you think anything Miles has ever done is close to as ridiculous as what McElwain did last Saturday, you're delusional.

You don't think Les was pissed last season when Fournette struck the Heisman pose? He just pulled the young man aside and corrected the behavior like a man, not like some stupid fricker.

Pretty much this.

Coach looked like much more of a fool than the player.

McElwain I'm sure doesnt give a frick what some ESPN jackoff thinks but with the entitled attitude of many of these kids' parents I bet it hurts him in some living rooms. in the end UF will be better for it if he can survive the transition.

We should play Sarcastaball so nobody's feelings are hurt.

Parents sometimes slap their child's behind for hitting another child. It's a great conflict of how to right wrongs.

Seems most agree that it wasn't a big deal and a few are really displaying some outrage.

Mac has apologized to KT and stated that he made a mistake. I'm good with that. I'll let the couple of LSU fans in here keep raging about it though and smile.

Have not problem with what he did. Kid was being selfish, and stupid.

Why do you think I keep telling you not to trust those MickeyAholes to run the SECN, they employ shite shows like this to push their agenda!

Yep, Disney is pulling the strings.

This article will get spread around the media now and the author will do a bunch of interviews on news programs that don't normally focus on sports. Hosts will say things like "Watch this DISTURBING video out of Florida..." and make McElwain out to be a mean man. They'll interview the parents of a high school player who got a concussion because his coach yelled at him too hard.

News outlets love shite like this because they can get so many miles out of it. And it's just a little cell phone video they didn't even have to produce.

I'm definitely not outraged. I have no problem with getting into a kids arse when he fricks up (phrasing). Just think the way it was done was wrong. Glad Mac apologized. Hopefully both learned something. I think Mac is going to be great for UF.

If there hadn't been audio, nobody would be talking about this. I've seen literally every SEC coach go off on a player, even Mild Mannered Miles.

America is soft.

Frick ESPN. Listened to Lebetard(sp?) yesterday and it pissed me off. He wouldn't shut up about it. Doubt that candyarse ever played a contact sport in his life. Then, this morning Greenie was on it, too. Those two might be the biggest pussies on the planet.

I'm not saying McElwain did not go overboard, but good grief grow a pair and toughen up.

Frick them. He didn't do anything wrong other than accepting the coaching job at Florida.. Kidding. Everything will be fine. Our country has become a bunch of soft liberals who get butt hurt about things not pertaining to them.

no, youre being short sighted. he wasnt just addressing the one player. he is addressing the larger problem of the culture on that entire team. notice when its happening it isnt just the one guy but the whole damn team paying attention. that show was just as much for effect for all the younger guys to see that even the older more established players arent gonna be cut any slack. its no surprise schools are a fricking wreck these days if half of you morons have kids and are scared to be tough on them.

I'd be a little concerned if McElwain had a reputation for this like Muschamp.

But I have zero problem with it and I think KT will play his arse off against Kentucky.

Funny to me that Bill Curry did worse than that to Prince Wembley after he throat slashed during the 1990 Sugar Bowl against Miami and ESPN didn't say a word. In fact, all the Monday Night Football crew did the entire broadcast was knight for their old pal Bill Curry. Curry grabbed his face mask and jerked his head around and got in his face on national tv.
