Let's all just keep babying these young men and let things like that from a junior leader on the team do that to set a dumb example for the freshman.

Let's scold McElwain for wanting to change the culture around the most penalized team in college football since 2005.

And let's keep having our own Florida media with their own agendas try to get their shots in during press conferences.

Unfrickingbelievable.

ESPN likes to create a story when there is no story. Congrats to Florida.

I would love for UF to run McElwain off just as Saban retires.

He's more hotheaded than Muschump. McElwain will punch his players when he loses to UT next Saturday.

ESPN wants a return to the days of Percival Harvin choking Billy Gonzales. They favor the circle of trust of murderers and thieves rather than the discipline and class that coach Mac is trying to instill. It is disgusting.

I think he took it too far only in that he seemed out of control. Other than that i think what happened is fine and happens in 99% of locker rooms.

I think we can all agree to frick ESPN.

They are trying to get their money's worth out of this for sure though.

Please UF fans, ignore the UT troll in here. His shtick is old.

A woman wrote that article. This isn't some misogynist statement, rather that a woman has no clue about what goes on in a football field.

ESPN is getting ridiculous.

ESPN's a bunch of pussies. McElwain should publicly apologize for turning boys into mature men. I fricking hate the PC police. Its disgusting.

I was listening to Bromani Jones last night, the race baiter who took Stephen A Smith's spot as hostile black talking head, and of course they are turning this into a "white man standing there disrespecting an innocent young black man" thing.

I would be embarrassed if my coach did that to a player on the sideline.

Try to show some self control, grown man.

KT wasn't looking Coach Mac in eyes. When times are tough you still have to be a man and take your medicine with your head high. I'm not sure what's wrong with that lesson.

Crazy that Andrea Andelson cant understand this. It's almost like she has no idea what she's talking about. How odd. I would have figured her experience would have definitely helped her out.

Andrea Adelson, yup, this seems like another of their "behind the stripes" reporters or "beyond the sideline" or whatever it is they call the ridiculous garbage "reporting" they do these days.

Why do you think I keep telling you not to trust those MickeyAholes to run the SECN, they employ shite shows like this to push their agenda!

He went way too far. Glad it's making noise in the national media.
