Since others get to express ridiculous outrage, my turn. What is this crap? We're bringing back 3 of our top 4 rushers, 1 who went for 900+ yards. Our returning QB beat UGA at home, UF in the swamp, UT at Neyland, and won a bowl game where we scored 41. Our defense returns a lot of guys who played significant minutes. An entirely backup secondary allowed less than 75 yards (53 on a last 20 second prevent defense drive) aganst Tennessee while playing the whole 2nd half.
Why shouldn't we be ranked when we finished this year ranked?

No, UGA fans think his leaving solves the problem of underachieveing. They do not follow history under Richt very close.

The problem is he does not play AU every game. He will alway slip up and lose to a team he should have beaten and he will always have UF on the schedule.

Ha just wait you will see things a lot more strange than this when it comes to rankings. At one point we we're the only team to win and go backwards in the rankings
