Move them in 5 feet and State is in the loser's bracket after game one.

It works both ways.

I guess you can't read. I explained it, above. Same configuration, same problem. It's really not that hard.

Looks like you're the one with reading problems, so let me help you out. I asked the OP a question. I didn't ask you shite.

Y'all seem to forget we were "robbed of a HR in that game also. So no we wouldn't have. We just didn't whine about it because we won. The bat flip on last play would have tied it at best. And Trey Porter was "robbed of a three run HR in second game against the Beavers. Again, no whining from Cohen because we won. Just like that Weiss pitcher for UCLA coming out and playing for one pitch after obviously throwing at Huntets head. No whining from us. The only people that were bitching were the losing teams nth at the reason we only brought it up in final two games. Because we lost those games.

There were 2 runners on base. It would have been a walk off.
However, if the fence was closer as everyone wants on here, there was the potential for Hunter to have gotten 3, Rea 2, Porter 2 and Ammiratti 1. That's 8 HRs in 5 games and we have hit but 30 all year.

I looked it up a couple days ago and TD Ameritrade is actually bigger than 21 MLB parks and about even with another 6 more. thats a big arse ballpark. To me the bats are a non issue. But when you have a stadium that many MLB players would have trouble hitting it out of there is a problem.

It's a AAA stadium as well...

They don't have a minor league team. They are trying to get one. The minor league team plays at another stadium that holds 5 thousand people. I don't know how a city that size supports 2 minor league teams, though. The Omaha Royals have no interest in playing there because of expense and the few thousand people would make the stadium look empty (told this by a local out there).

Pure brilliance. So in typical LSU fashion if we didn't win its the stadiums fault, the umpires fault or the refs fault. Most true LSU baseball fans I know are more knowledgeable about the game than what you appear to be that's the trouble with success, the bandwagon gets awefully full.

In 39 games played at TDA this season, there were 8 homeruns hit. Only 113 XBH in 2531 ABs.

There is an issue with the stadium.

That's almost like saying TT under Leach, playing Wisconsin in a blizzard had no advantages or disadvantages.

But weather is not the same type of advantage or disadvantage. You can't train a warm weather Miami dolphin to prepare for a mid January game in Green Bay, but every team can work on th fundamentals of the game like bunting, the hit and run or for goodness sake pitch selection which is what hurt them against UCLA.

I understand the games are more exciting with higher run totals, but again many are using this as an excuse when the talent at LSU is unbelievable and more than capable of playing the brand of baseball needed to win the cws. Against UCLA make th pitcher get th ball down in the zone and quit swinging at letter high fastballs. PM is not a stupid coach he had to have scouted that pitcher and knew what was coming, they failed.to execute. That's the travesty of an LSU team this talented being done in two games.

You went on a pretty long rant to argue against a point I didn't even attempt to make.

Read the fricking thread and maybe you'll get an idea.

Wind is part of the weather.
Also I'm not sure how well small ball would play in the SEC, which is a teams first concern. If they don't do well in conference, they won't get to see if they play well in Omaha.

If you see a 3 run lead in the 3rd inning, and know the game is pretty much over

I keep seeing people say this. If one team can score 3 runs in 3 innings, why can't the other team score 3 runs in the remaining 6 innings? Seems like the team down 3-0 should just start pitching, fielding, and hitting better, you know just play better baseball like the team up 3-0 did.

If you read my post, I never said it's impossible, just very unlikely. If a team can score 28 points in a quarter and a half then they other team should have no problem scoring 28 points in 2.5 quarters, by what your saying.

Should be playing tomorrow. Ball would be leaving the yard like 1998
