I never said rebuilding years don't happen. I asked how does a rebuilding year happen in year 4 when he started off in a rebuild

I personally wouldn't call it a rebuilding year. We return almost everything on the defense side of the ball and have a very solid group of WRs. Questions at the QB, RB and Oline but the defense should be able to bail out the offense early in the season with everything we return. Defense has to get back to the 2014 form which I expect.

They lost their very best players. I don't see how they can do better than 8-4. That's the ceiling. But it's not all on Bret, it's a rebuilding year. They should definitely keep him around for 17, they should be solid again then.

The defense will be a lot better this season.

Yes. After Petrino walked out on them, Arkansas isn't in the best position to be picky about coaches.

When was the last time Arkansas beat State? 2013 or 2012?

Congrats on State's biggest achievement in their best stretch in history being beating Arkansas four years in a row while Arkansas was in its worst stretch in a long time. During our best stretch we won a national championship Guess that shows the difference in the programs.

Congratulations, all you need is to win another five years in a row and you will match the longest win streak Arkansas has had against the dogs.

Yeah he walked out just like Jimbo was gonna come to LSU.

Arkansas had 5 players drafted, 2 were juniors

Denver Kirkland also left early but wasn't drafted. Would have been our starting LT this year.

I wouldn't put Collins and Allen anywhere close to SEC best ever.

Maybe at Pig U they are one of the best, but wouldn't even crack the top 100 of best ever in the SEC.

If their QB plays decent

I'll believe both this when I see it. You still have Curly Howard coaching LSU. Until LSU beats Alabama, no way can you think LSU win the SEC and be realistic in that thought.

I don't know if they will finish last. I have a hard time seeing anybody but A&M finishing last

Yall say that every year, and then when we finish middle of the pack YET AGAIN and prove you wrong you go "meh, no championships no care."

So you can just go frick yourself, I don't even care to bookmark and prove you wrong this time.

What are your expectations of tamu this year? Not a troll attempt. Just curious given the uncertainties.

Another year under Chavis will improve the defense even more, but a lot hinges on Trevor Knight's arm.

Vegas has our win total at 6. I think we hit the over pretty easily, but no one is expecting to compete for the SEC wets this year.

Well, (before the internet) the swimsuit edition was a favorite when I was 13. Since then, not so much.

Is it really that low? I think that is a safe over and at worst you get your money back.

Really? The only sure wins on their schedule are Prairie View, NMS, and UTSA.

I'm fairly confident they can win at least 3 more wins. Even if they lose to UCLA, they just need to go 3-5 in conference. I think that is more likely than not.
