That's the best you have? Try again.

Tell Coach Hair and Teeth to start working on his excuse not to play LSU in 2017.

LSU played their first home game of the season in 2005 a week after Hurricane Katrina hit on the road at Arizona State rather than cancel/postpone the game.

The SEC has zero fricks to give regarding an concession LSU made with a school from another conference. LSU fans don't have enough brain cells to wrap around that fact.

Hopefully Matthew fricks the swamp up and the remaining schedule has to be played off campus. That would be funny karma.

1. Not cool
2. Why are you, Summer of George, pretending to be a Tennessee fan from Baton Rouge?

LSU isn't the one unable to host the home game.

It really isn't hard

How about USC making the same concession? Or Tennessee working with LSU to play a game on a Monday of the same weekend? The precedent is there.

Love the logic here.

Florida: We can't host this game this weekend. Sorry. But even though we can't host the game as scheduled, how about you give up a scheduled home game and come over here.

The cancellation is Florida's problem. Yet its on LSU to make the sacrifice?

You don't know what sort of impact this storm will have down there.....those resources may be needed for something more important than a football game.

That would be a great point if Florida didn't demand the game be played in Gainesville at the deadline on Wednesday. They sure didn't mind the resources going to use and flying LSU in to a hurricane zone. Now that they can't do what everyone knew they couldn't do, it is all about the resources and families.

Not LSU's problem the game can't be played in Gainesville on the weekend it was scheduled. Not LSU's problem Florida refused to consider alternatives. Not LSU's problem Florida really didn't want to play the game because of all of the injuries and the potential benefit in the SEC race the Gators would get by not playing the LSU game.

Let it be the SEC's and Florida's problem now.

Yes, LSU has done it, USC has done it.

Florida loses a home game no matter what.

LSU would have to cancel a home game to travel Then BOTH LSU AND Florida would lose home games. That would lead LSU to playing an 11 game regular season schedule for the second year in a row.

LSU has changed venues due to weather. LSU has changed dates due to weather. Tennessee has changed dates to accommodate LSU. USC has changed venues. LSU accommodated USC change of venue.

Florida? They just want to make LSU lose another home game.

This is like being a cable installer, having an appointment scheduled for a client but the client for one reason or another was not able to be home at the designated time. The client then calls your boss and demands that you cancel another appointment you have to make up for it.

Do you guys do any homework at all before you post this shite? Go back and look at the 2005 schedules and then come back and tell us a weekend where both teams played a non-power conference OOC game, or both had open dates.

Florida: We can still play the game in Florida......no wait. We take that back.

LSU : Here are several viable options which don't conflict with anything. We will even send you our plane.

Florida : No. Here is 1 single option that requires you to cancel a home game and play three SEC games in a row.

Rant: LSU is so unreasonable
