It's pretty hilarious to watch

Florida is getting off really easy in all of this

If the game was moved to BR, I'm sure you would've been concerned about Gainesville area business revenue.

Sucks. That is what happens when a hurricane hits.

quote: So it's okay for Florida to lose a home game against LSU but not okay for LSU to lose a home game against a nobody We offered Sunday and Monday to keep the game there. UF still said no. And before you say it, I'd like to point out how the narrative changed on the rant today. SECr: "LSU is a bunch of pussies, hurricane won't be anywhere near, will be a perfect day." SEC announces games cancelled SECr: "Why is everyone upset? There's a hurricane coming. Think of the families."

In the past, I've thought most SEC fans were sort of good with each other and a mutual respect. Reading this board today, I've never seen so much naked hatred for the school I support, even when it offered many alternatives to the University of Florida.

I'm now starting to see why so many of our young folks no longer hold conference loyalty in bowl games and what have you. I always supported other SEC schools. Screw that.

I love how UF drug their feet this entire week about this and are just completely stubborn about ANYTHING other than playing this game on Saturday in Gainesville, but LSU is the bad guy

Some of your fellow fans even suggested the SEC should buy out those games on the 19th so Florida and LSU could play. Honestly, you people need to make up your minds.

Fu dude. Who would be ok with losing a home game, play 3 straight SEC teams on the road, and play A&M on short rest Thanksgiving night? You wouldn't either douche bag.

LSU refuses to budge to the offered 11/19 date.

UF refuses to budge to the offered Sunday/Monday dates.

Both sides refuse to budge...

Only idiotic LSU fans would want to play a non conference scrub instead of a SEC game that could possibly help them win the conference.

They don't. They're just enjoying this week because it allows them a moral victory of sorts before they lose another SEC game or three and the whole issue of division standings becomes moot. For now, they could be on a course to win the national title...if it weren't for those bastards at UF tripping them up.

Three months later, you moron before there was an SEC Title game and also when Alabama's QB was healthy. He was hurt in Sept and Curry whined his way out of that one.

Fournette will be healthy by Nov. 19th, no?

Yes, that is a viable alternative...if UF is going to play in Baton Rouge.

this is a Gator problem and you want LSU to

- give up a home game
- allow us to play 3 SEC road games back to back to back
- hmmmm

Hell NO
lsu isn't willing to concede and neither is UF, so I say see you corn dogs next year IF we decide to continue the series at all.

How about this then, LSU and Florida swap schedules for remainder of year. LSU agrees to play at Florida on the 19th of November but Florida plays at A&M on thanksgiving. How does that work for Florida?

Really? You can't think of a single reason people might find LSU's constant spamming of the board with their outrage today annoying? Not one?

UF was only going to play on the only day the entire planet knew it couldn't happen. Saturday or nothing. They were just begging for it to be cancelled.

LSU gave 6 options and offered to provide travel, lodging, security, etc:
Saturday at Florida
Saturday at LSU
Sunday at Florida
Sunday at LSU
Monday at Florida
Monday at LSU

Florida gave 1 option:
11/19/2016 at Florida
