This is such bullshite. Schools should not be in the business of holding kangaroo courts to adjudicate sexual assault allegations.
If you wanna make allegations of criminal behavior, do it in a criminal court.
This "campus rape" hysteria is a groundless moral panic and lawyers and opportunists are swooping in to take advantage.
You wanna make allegations, make them. Sidestepping the criminal justice system to setup civil lawsuit is suspicious.

Groundless in that there is no systemic rape or sex assault issue on campuses. Do incidents happen? Sure, just like every where else.
All those "statistics" you hear thrown around hysterically like "1 in 4 women on campus are sexually assaulted" are absolute and complete fabrications. They were invented out of thin air by people with an agenda.
