And let me say knowing a little something about those hearings that they are highly biased at uf against the defendant.

Looks like they fixed that problem.

Not much of a Boom, really. Is he still under investigation or is the investigation concluded?

I can't imagine how bad this board would have been towards us if we had done something this blatant

Rare for a defense attorney to fire back that fast unless he's confident. Crazy story though now.

Not really, somebody takes a shot at your client in the press, you fire back. That's just an attorney doing his job.

The way UF treats the athletes with these types of things, I don't think Callaway sees the field this season.

Even in Treons first accusation 2 years ago, and that story had more holes than the sinking titanic, UF still suspended him from games.

Callaway is probably screwed on actually playing until he's cleared though.

Trust me, it won't matter what McElwain wants.

The higher ups at UF highly value UFs reputation regardless if a case has no merit.

I can see Callaway not playing a down this season.

My thoughts:

If it's brought to the school (rape/sexual assault/etc) it needs to be automatically brought to the DA. Teachers in HS are bound to report abuse, and I think universities should be as well.

If it's brought to the school and in turn the school doesn't forward to the DA/police, then I think the school should hang right alongside the perp. With or without conviction. The school has broken procedure.

Frick Baylor
Frick Florida
and Frick A&M if they ever get caught up in this shite.

I've got a daughter and I'm not interested in wins or losses in this instance. I'd want blood and lots of it.

Classic Huntley: we're not going to besmirch his client, but I will insinuate that she is a liar.

It's not the schools choice to take this to the police. Privacy laws prevent that you fricking idiot.

The accuser is the one that must bring this to the police.

For some weird reason, she chose not to.
