Florida has some serious issues that run very deep. Culture of thugs and rape IMO.

NCAA will investigate for sure. They will probably wipe Gainesville off the map when they are done.

Everyone has known there was an investigation for a while. He's been suspended for 6 months. He wasn't even allowed on campus in the spring. But the da cleared him of any charges and after a lengthy lengthy investigation he was allowed to return to school.

Also the title 9 hearing is today. If it's he said she said it isn't going anywhere. And let me say knowing a little something about those hearings that they are highly biased at uf against the defendant.

The DA was involved without a police report? Sounds odd.

I obviously don't know the facts of the case and won't comment on guilt or innocence, but what was UF thinking putting a booster in charge of the case?

This is certainly not a good look for the University of Florida but there will not be any consequences. The girl didn't get the police involved nor did she call the school until after Callaway and Treon became starters.

Callaway was suspended and still isn't fully back on the team. It's bad PR but the consequences will be minimal and I'm sure Callaway will be on the field for game one against UMASS.

This. I don't know why the UF higher ups would possibly think this was a good idea.

But let's be honest, a booster isn't deciding a federal Title IX case. That's common sense

So she's an extortionist? I sincerely hope that you Florida fans take the same kind of beating we took for saying far less egregious things about a plaintiff.

Every one of you were sitting there jerking your dicks when we were facing a Title 9 lawsuit.

This is the problem. Knowing the people that uf hr and how incompetent they are they probably didn't think to ask if he was a booster.

Damn we are known as rapeU but I don't even think we would have the balls to put a football booster on the judicial hearing.

He came out and said no charges forever ago. We didn't know there wasn't a police report until now though. Makes sense. It's weird that the girl went to UF and not the police though. Gpd isn't exactly football friendly.

Covering up a rape with a booster. Smh. Not surprised it's Florida though
