True, and they're petitioning to have L.S.U. swapped for Missouri as well.

Bama didn't play the top 3 teams from the East this year.

They played the third place team from the East last year (3-5 in conference play Florida).

If you're going to complain about one, you might as well include the other.

Besides... we all know that the scheduling is cyclical. It's not like you haven't been there, too.

I'd like to take LSU off Bama's schedule as well. Tired of hearing you ppl whine about "it's so unfair that we have to play tough SEC teams every year".

I don't disagree. Last year was a chance, and yes it was cyclical. This year, it was calculated.

I didn't hear everybody whining in 2008 when we played at LSU, Bama, at Auburn, national champ Florida, at South Carolina, the other east teams, Georgia Tech, and at top 25 Arizona St.

The schedule worked in cycles, like has been said countless times on this board. Missouri and A&M messed up the rotation. Blame them.

Can't wait to bump this after USCe fails next year with your cake schedule.

Yeah.
That's the saddest part. The fact that UGA has traveled out of conference as well as any team in the country the past 10 years.
We have more AQ OOC away games than many teams combined.

Short memories.

This. With all the bitching from your coach and entire fanbase about schedules, you'd damn sure better put up or shut up next year.

It was all a plan to give a 5th SEC team a chance to win it all. Next year is SC's turn. Florida always gets the shaft. Always. We have won pretty much all of our NCs with the hardest schedules in the land.
It takes luck to win it all. You can ask Stanford about that.

THIS. The SEC picked it's two favorites. UF and USCe fans should be pissed. We already know LSU getting screwed by the schedule falls on deaf ears.

Question, Didn't we OWN LSU in a "NIGHT GAME IN TIGAH STADIUM"?

I think LSU fans should whine about it a little more. Maybe that will fix it.

Coming from the Bama fans..this is real rich. Considering this is the same program that worked with the SEC's office to get bye weeks changed.

No, we need other schools to vote to get rid of permanent opponents. LSU has been beating the drum a while now. Perhaps Florida, South Carolina, A&M, and a few others will eventually start beating that drum. Auburn/Georgia and Alabama/Tennessee are only 4 votes.

It was a helluva game, similar to 2011 at BDS. I don't think either team has owned the other in the regular season in the past 5+ years.
