LSU takes data, then manipulates it however they see fit and redistributes. Media guides and other content distributed by LSU are controlled by LSU, not the SEC.
The SEC did not give LSU the statement or graphic that says "8 western division championships"

One of the easiest signs to spot a legit poster is if they can criticize their school for stupid shite and move on. If you look hard enough you will find stuff like this everywhere.

Your original question does your school claim co-championships, right? My response was I have never seen any official claim saying we did you then proved to point out that I was wrong by pointing to a list of years where we ar listed as champions not co Champs. Rings are designed by the coach with approval of the AD. Doesn't mean we officially claim co-champ

96, 97 and 02 we didn't go to Atlanta, so we should not be claiming it as anything other than Co-Champion.

Apparently you have no idea about what you are saying. Basically by your standards LSU could just say frick it and claim every NC since football began. You can choose the format to show data but in terms of the actual facts they have no say

I guess his definition of officially claim is hanging a banner. Well, I guess we don't claim any SEC Titles because there are no banners for those either. The only banners in the football stadium are national titles in 1959, 2003, and 2007 and retired numbers.

What? do you even have an idea what you are saying? I have made no such reference or insinuation.
Simple questions does LSU claim to be divisional champions in a year just like Ole Miss claims to be 2003 west champion?

The claim is little brotherish but who cares? If they're proud of it, let them hoop and holler about it. It's not like they have much real achievements to be proud of.

I don't have a big issues with Co-Championships. I think the laugh at Ole Miss is the lack of other recent success.
