Very well said.

You don't have to go overboard and act like it's the end of the world, but you also don't act like it's a non-issue.

That is the case for many situations in life. People just need to learn moderation and "level-headedness" for lack of a better term.

Unfortunately, in today's society, you have to be overly apologetic (As shown by the OP) or you are grouped with the people that think it is ok, and that's not acceptable either.

Oh.. I'm confused. I thought it was guys like Mills hitting women and still being allowed to play by coaches!

God dammit you're stupid.

I'm not condoning what Mills did or how it was handled, but that incident is ENTIRELY frickING IRRELEVANT to the Dillon Day stomping incident.

My only disagreement with this whole thing is people talking about Day like they are high and mighty when everyone in the league has players like this on their team and the hypocrisy surrounding the subject.

So you agree that Day should have been suspended then.

You guys were my favorite team after Saturday night, you deserved the victory and have plenty to look forward to. But after the coach's attitude and you and your thought process I think most folks would agree that State should get the hell out of college football. Nothing could more disgusting than a bunch of runts that don't know how like they belong.

We haven't heard from anyone at MSU yet other than Day so it seems a little premature to jump to conclusions about what Mullen or anyone else at MSU was going to do, if anything, had Slive not acted first.

Haven't read this entire thread, but did notice an article stating MSU coach thinks suspension is unfair. So it seems the bad behavior is condoned. This only makes the OP point even more relevant.

I wasn't happy about it, but I don't think any of us thought he wouldn't get suspended...

Your point? Day is 100% thug POS. How many times do you that happen in all the HS, college, or pro games all year?? And this punk does it twice in one game. Come on, main!

Prob better notice them this year, they are making noise, not done upsetting teams either, that is finally a legit team under Mullins, only took about six years, and after this year it will likely take another six, maybe that is his formula at MSU, once every six, keep red shirting, and stacking senior types until he gets a good team occasionally.
