If I’m his boss I gotta know why he ain’t doing both? Is the job to big for him? One would imagine that game planning AND recruiting is the expectation, no? I’d be slightly concerned about the future at UGA if Smart publicly admitted he was unable to do the entire job

It’s what the job demands when done right. It’s a grind, especially when one has questionable ethics to begin with as Freeze does.
