WTF??? Bama won the damn SEC. Conference champs. Now that they lost a playoff game they didn't deserve to be in, get out of here with that shite.

Yes Bama deserved to go to go the playoffs...... They won their last 8 games after the Ole Miss lost, including beating the #1 ranked Mississippi State team. Hindsight is always 20/20.....

Doesn't matter. Bama was ranked #1 in the nation. TCU was battling for the 4th spot. Big 12 should have named a conference champ instead of co-champs. Have a championship game(get more teams), etc. Also didn't TCU lose the head to head vs Baylor?? So wasn't Baylor the REAL champs of the Big 12.

Look at the top 4 teams. Florida State got an automatic berth no matter what because they were undefeated. Alabama was clearly better than them, but FSU gets in. Oregon gets in. Ohio State clearly deserved to get in. Now you judge Alabama and TCU, both with one loss. Knowing what we know NOW, who do you pick?
This is a legitimate question. Apparently, Alabama gets in no matter what too, even though TCU destroyed Ole Miss, a team that beat Alabama, and Ohio State drug Bama up and down the field with their 3rd string QB.

True, he can play on ANY college team. Had no idea he was that good, when he played good in the B1G championship game, I knew Ohio State would get in.

Try to think for just a second beyond the surface. It is a legit question. If the postseason tells us who the best teams were and if championship/playoff/bowl games matter, then what do we know now that we didn't know a week ago?

The best thing to come out of these playoffs so far is if an ACC team is undefeated with a weak resume, they will be left out.

You saying that because Bama lost. Ok should Baylor be in over TCU, both had same record, Baylor won the head to head. See how easy that is?

I am talking about looking back on it RIGHT NOW.
I am obviously using two different metrics, though, because FSU was undefeated. So, judging Alabama post bowl/playoff with the other 1-loss teams AFTER the bowl season, was Alabama as deserving as TCU?
