he wasn't that good to begin with.

Dee Milliner closes Rookie season winning Defensive Rookie of Month award
Seemed to get something going against a couple of very good receivers late in his rookie season (when healthy for first time all year).

Saban can't seem to really develop guys like people think he does.

Oh really? Interesting.

He gets 5* guys that flourish in a system that consists of pretty much all 5* guys playing alongside them and collectively they're a great unit

Hightower - 4*
Ingram - 4*
Dareus - 3*
Carpenter - 3*
Cooper - 4*

That's 5 kids who were 4* or less just off the top of my head who went on to be 1st rounders under Saban. Looks like they developed alright to me.

they don't seem like they're developed any better at Bama than at UGA, LSU, UF, AU, or any of the other top SEC teams.

Bama & LSU continue to be NFL factories
Doesn't say AU, UF, UGA, or other top SEC teams are "NFL factories" (ETA: although, props should be given to UGA). Just makes that claim about two.

How SEC programs have done in producing NFL Draft players over the last four years, here is a small sample (not every school was checked) using data from 2011 through 2014:

Alabama: 30
LSU: 29

Georgia: 23

Florida: 18
South Carolina: 17

Texas A&M: 13

Auburn: 10
Tennessee: 10

To be fair he has a valid point. Claiborne sucks and he can't put any blame on injuries

The Cowgirls drafted a man coverage corner and them moved to an all zone defense.

Milliner has been in a man coverage system since he got in the league.

Damn every check in that picture went to a bust except Eddie. Crazy.

If you think Warmack was a bust, you must have been standing there holding a thimble when God was dishing out the brains.

...yet not a lot of difference between team records if you take away 2012

You mean take away the year Alabama had the most 1st round picks...9? That's a pretty stupid remark even for you.

I love how nobody bring up Rashad Johnson or Javy when discussing Saban's horrible BD developing skills.

Claiborne was benched we'll before getting hurt. Miller was actually showing improvement after a slow start.
