When you dominate the #1 team in the nation in their home state, what's there to feel embarrassed about?

alabama went .500 against that team that year. Y'all couldnt score a touchdown in your home stadium.

Ultimately, TPTB (ESPN) wanted to destroy the BCS. So they invented the 'eyeball' test, got there alabama grad (edwards) in front of the cameras non-stop talking about how alabama could get to the game, had SABAn in studio begging for a rematch. Pathetic.

Notice how the playoff talk started the NEXT morning in the national media.

"Ya'll" couldn't score a touchdown in 8 quarters. That has got to be the worst comeback ever, considering LSU's impotence on the offensive side of the ball.

You obviously have not been on the LSU Scoreboard - even during games they are winning it's glorious.

Bama was the better team in 2011.

You couldnt score a touchdown in your home stadium against that defense.

Whee yall a better team than ORegon? They scored 28 in one game against LSU. Alabama scored 27 in two

Michael Ford running out of bounds was unforced error.

Let's face it. Alabama got a mulligan. Then next year y'all got a layup. The next year y'all got hung with the most epic defeat in the history of modern CFB.

BTW, if Alabama was so smart, why didnt y'all hire Saban from MSU like we did? Oh...that's right. Y'all had the guy that got caught with the panties on his head.

Seriously?

We miss 3 FGs, and that is the best you can come up with?

Pathetic.

LSU hired Saban in 2000. We had DuBose in 2000; we hired Fran in 2001. We hired Mike Price in 2003, while Saban was still at LSU.

Exactly WHO are you referring to? It seems you must believe that Alabama is the better job than LSU, considering that in your imaginary scenario we must have hired him away from LSU, not MSU - while under probation and sanctions even.

Or is calendar reading not a presumed skill in Louisiana?

imaginary scenario

Like giving $180,000.00 to Albert Means' imaginary father?

Like buying a month's worth of takeout for your imaginary wife?

Just exactly what scenario am I confused about?

Did Oregon keep ya'll from scoring a TD through 8 quarters and one OT?...kept you from crossing the 50 nearly all night?

I don't even know if ATPB classifies as a melt. Melts are short lived and this wasn't. That thread was a dive into pure insanity.

Apparently an awful lot, based on your post.
