I would love to see Alabama in the title game of course, but I'm not as confident now after reading some post. I really have the slightest clue how the rankings work with the computers and coaches poll and I'm not going to pretend that I do.

I'll just check this thread a few times today because there appears to be some people on here that know what they're talking about.

Congrats LSU on your SEC title. Great team.

It's a shame that some voters have OK State at 4th behind Stanford.

My ONLY problem with everything right now is that people like Patrick Stevens gets a say so when he didn't even watch any games yesterday. This throws his entire vote into suspicion. Regardless of his vote, people like this do not deserve to have any sway over who goes to the big game. It's pathetic.

Really? OK. I just thought I'd read here ad nauseum about how unfair it was for LSU to have to play the SECCG while Bama was in the clubhouse.

You did, and you will continue to hear it.

Don't know how they teach math (or if they even teach math) in Alabama, but 13>12.

Link me to a computer poll that has OU at 4 and A&M at 12.

Wait, wouldn't that mean OSU would have to play one more game than LSU? I suppose we could survive that since OSU doesn't appear to have the same bitching capacity as LSU.

If some coaches are putting OSU ahead of Bama simply because they don't want an all SEC BCS Championship then in effect they are guarantying another crystal ball for LSU. Bama is the only team that would give LSU any competition.

An OSU-LSU game would be very similar to yesterday's game in ATL. LSU 42 OSU 14. I still think LSU would beat Bama if a rematch were to take place but it would be a much more interesting game than what OSU will bring to the table.

if Alabama holds on to #2 in one of the computer polls counted (wolfe, in this case), they're probably in unless the harris loves them some ok st
