For unanimous number two bama needed 1416... so pretty close

That's closer than I thought. Looks like a split between 2 and 3 between the two, with OSU getting 17 second place votes. That's about what they needed. This is going to be CLOSE!

The thing is, it was going to be LESS likely that OK State would make such a big gain with the coaches/SIDs (not super keen on changing their minds like that).

The Harris Poll bunch are far more likely to make a last minute change (and Twitter is saying many have).

I agree. I think Bama might still be #2 but it's going to be a razor thin margin, if they are.

It will depend on Harris and the computers. I think it will be close, but probably Bama will get in.
