What do you mean Oregon is punished for scheduling LSU?

They're ranked behind Stanford.

This is WHY the bcs WORKS! It's not about getting it right, it is about generating excitement and conversation.

Don't know if "excitement" is the right word

Conversation for sure.

ETA: We might be in the top 5 this week

They went yall way last week cause OSU was 5th. They'll go OSU's way this week for beating a top 10 team and Bama sitting at home.

What does that have to do with losing a game on their schedule? Against the number 1 team in the land. Are you saying that it's not a bad loss because LSU is number 1? And Oregon shouldn't be punished for it?

Screw it ... if it's that close between Bama and OSU, let them play each other in the Sugar Bowl and winner gets a shot at LSU. That would be the best way to settle this thing.

What? Have Bama play an extra game while LSU is in the clubhouse? I've read somewhere that situation would be incredibly unfair.

what makes you say this
Thought was OSU needed to be within ~35-40 votes of Bama in the Coaches and 75 or so in the Harris if Computer Projections held. Appears though that the Computers may be tilting more towards Bama (thanks to LSU winning )

If he follows through with his threats, you guys are about to see a multibillionaire destroy the BCS.

However, I don't believe for a second he's going to do anything other than gripe. If he wanted to rally, yesterday and today was too late.

Spoken like a true delusional Bama fan ... difference here is that LSU is still undefeated. Let the losers battle it out for a shot.

The Massey was from an old poll from what I saw. All I heard is rumors about the Wolfe.

A friend of mine just called me and said that some reporter he follows that does his homework saw the Massey this morning and it had Bama 2. Tifwiw.

The guy that called me is literally my best friend since 7th grade so I most definitely trust him.

Do you understand what the rankings would look like if a team just jumped every team they beat? Oregon has 2 losses and Stanford has 1.

No. I'm saying that Stanford is still getting 3rd place votes right now, which is a joke based on the fact that they were blown out by Oregon and didn't win their conference.

And the popcorn emoticon? Why are you a tool?

I just asked my dog how hard it would be for Bama to get in the big game and he said it was "ruff". He's been my best friend for 8 years now.

So you agree that VTech is properly ranked ahead of Clemson? You're fricking brilliant dude.

Yeah, that may be right, but I'm not believing that from a guy on a message board's friend who's a reporter and just so happened to see the massey this morning.
