Nice to know everyone isn't marching in lockstep with that bullshite. I will never wish success on our rivals unless it benefits LSU on the field. The SEC has plenty of money, and we still get paid if someone else loses a BCS game. Screw everyone else.

I think you are misunderstanding. Most outside of the SEC find it slightly pathetic. Fans of teams like Bama, LSU, etc. that stand on their own merit don't need to ride the dicks of everyone else. Fans of Arkansas, Kentucky, MSU, Ole Miss, Georgia, Vandy, Tennessee, etc. that consistently do what amounts to nothing are the ones that need to use the chant. Don't you think you should at least have to win a conference game before you're allowed to beat your chest about the conference? Whatever makes you feel better about hiring Bert I guess, but thanks for taking him off our hands anyways.

Don't underestimate the fact that the two loss LSU got into the '07 BCSNCG largely due to being a part of the strong SEC.

We got in because we were the only ones still left with a pulse. There was no other viable choice that season, except a UGA team that didn't win its division, and didn't have a particularly tough schedule.
