He was saying people haven't ever seen a qb dance and celebrate and showbolt like he does and it scares some people because we're used to the Peyton Mannings and Tom Bradys.

A guy playing a fool is a guy playing a fool. Maybe there haven't been any white QB's dancing around like they saved the world but there have been plenty of other white players at other positions doing such.

Could it be that people don't like guys acting like horse's behinds regardless of their color?

But you Auburn guys,by all means, please continue to embrace and celebrate every single thing Cam says or does.

Crisp is one of the bama fans that signed the whitehouse petition to have the auburn win in '13 removed because Davis stepped out

You love to make blanket statements about entire groups based on comments from a few. What you "make up" is the illusion of the #s involved...man, just stop trying to be the smartest kid in the class and try being a regular Joe!

I think people don't like him because he's unintelligent, arrogant, and has a distinct sociopath vibe about him.

He reminds me of Chris Brown in that way.

That doesn't mean both aren't talented guys. They just aren't likable.

And I use Gronk as a prime example. Why is he celebrated, yet Cam is chastised?

Again who is projecting here and making blanket statements? I think its time to brush up on reading and comprehension.

Cam didn't play the race card, he responded to everyone else playing the race card. Cam celebrates because he's playing a game and enjoying what he does. Don't see people talking shite about discount double check and brady being a pos when he rips the refs. The NFL didn't make it safer for mobile qb's, they made it safer for the guys who can't run and have to stand in the pocket. Lot of subliminal tendencies regarding race have been at play especially league disipline and if you can't handle someone acknowledging it because it makes you feel comfortable then let me know when your balls drop.....btw remember when the Stanford graduate with a 3.9 GPA was called a Thug, why do you think that is? Smh, calling one of the leading contributors to children's charity 'FAKE' when you most likely don't do a damn thing in your community. #GoCam

btw, great point about Gronk NYCAuburn

My thing is. People love to hate on cam for having fun. I think people forget what sports started out as. Are we supposed to teach our children to treat the game as a business as well?

I completely understand what you're saying. I fully admit Cam's messed up my simple view of things.

Of course, there's CamBack. I hate him.

He came back to AU to finish his degree. I love him.

He does the 'look at me'. I hate him.

He goes out of his way to help kids when the cameras aren't on. I love him.

I wish he'd make up his mind and either be a tPOS or sprout a halo and wings.....

you and Cam are the only people that see Gronk as celebrated by all and Cam vilified by all.

Cam wouldn't be doing umpteen commercials on TV if he wasn't liked by "white America."

For a lot of people yes. For some, his color probably plays a role. Nevertheless, if you listen to his whole statement, race doesn't really seem to be the primary thing he is talking about. People are misconstrueing his statement, or at least over emphasizing a very tiny tidbit, because everyone is on race alert.

Its not 100% right, but there is truth behind the statement. FWIW, I personally dont think he should have said it the way he did.

I never said it was a by all for one or the other. but there is a majority one way vs the other for the two. But you have to admit there is a difference. Hell on TD/SECr Gronk is comparable to Puttin on the OT

He was pretty much recruited by MSU. The only other schools that noticed him were there to recruit other players on the team. Yes he was a top recruit, but as a JUCO, he was very under the radar. After he signed, all summer there was doubt. its kind of comical yall act like this didnt happen

You realize a lot of that had to do with the system teams run and his past. Some people didn't want to touch him after what happened at Florida
