Not really. Retail at 50% capacity and elective surgeries are about the only change. Eta and beaches are opening...

Alabama is primarily testing people with symptoms and only has about a 9% positive rate. If op figures are right and Bama figured are right, population density is clearly the prevalent factor in outbreaks....
