Worthy. Those are good looks.

Still think Marshall is faster.

Sims finally looked like a complete QB on Saturday, for the first time ever. Its obvious that Kiffin was sandbagging some with him. But I still feel like I need more data before I am ready to throw out an opinion on him vs Nick. 2 more games and I should be more declarative.

Yet if that was Coker who almost broke the school record with 445, you'd have crowned him.

Come on man..

Oh, this will be bumped

When it is, will anyone pay attention to the posters pointing out the relative merits of both QBs, or just the people making the way-too-early claim that one is better than the other?

Well, when Sims runs a textbook zone read like Marshall can, you'll have your answer.

a zone read? Sims has been running that simple shite for years.

Is Sims as fast as Marshall? No. But that doesnt mean he cant run the same offense.

Sims is twice the qb that Matshall is. The stats are the truth.

Nicks won an SEC championship and is 13-2 as a starter... He's made clutch throws to win games, and is the engine behind our running game.

Sims may end up better... but he's yet to prove it... both guys are good fits in their respective systems.

If you notice in the second clip against Mizzou, Sims ran it with Michael Sams right in his face...

If anyone knows how hard it is to run against mizzou and Michael Sam it is us Aubs.

Everyone runs it. High school kids run it. It's a simplistic concept that isn't hard to execute satisfactorily, but the fact is that NM executes it at an elite level that allowed Auburn to get to the title game by doing something else everyone else can do.

But I'm guessing analysis of this stuff is lost on you.

Just making the point that the run isn't against some scrub.

I don't think anyone is saying Marshall or AU aren't really good at what they do. If they are, they are idiots. We're making the point that if Sims could run the AU offense somewhat effectively and can do more than just scramble. Considering Malzahn's ability to coach QBs, I don't think there's much doubt Sims could run AU's offense at a pretty good level.

Not really seeing where the disconnect is.
