Orth ate the ball after the play fake because the Nickleback blitzed and roasted the OT outside and the OG let Myles go after a spin move assuming he had help outside. Orth had no chance but it was a designed pass play.

He sacked Orth again with 1:00 left in the 4th Qtr.
