That's false. Ms state has been known to pay players not to visit * other schools, ole miss has never had that alleged

It isn't like the NCAA just wakes up in the morning and mails a letter containing their final ruling.
The COI schedules their meetings and has a docket similar to a court system. After the draft night debacle, OM asked to have the football part of their NOI taken off the docket for the 2016 meeting that happened last month.
At some point, football will be placed on the schedule for a future meeting. Until that happens, anyone who says 'something will happen in the next few weeks' is full of shait.
