AJ McCarron is a white trash POS. His tattoo alone should tell you that. How he acted at media days and in his NFL interviews towards Johnny should also tell you that.

He finished 2nd in the Heisman the same year he finished 4th team all conference voted by the coaches (whom I have seen you post is a lot more credible than media guys) at QB. Which is it Doc?

He was 2nd Team on the coaches All-SEC team. LINK

I think you're confused. Do you understand that the national consensus on Johnny Manziel is that he is an entitled brat who cares more about partying than football?

The national consensus, as well as the NFL consensus, is that AJ is a little bitch-made crybaby ball-handling game manager who couldn't hold Manziel's jock strap.

Manziel's longhorn tattoo and the rapper tPOS he hangs out with is trashier IMHO. Oh and the topszn hand signal, the "regime". give me a fricking break.

Manziel is a national brand name and giant superstar and he hasn't even taken a snap yet. AJ is already forgotten.

Its cool. You probably still think Julio is better than Green. That Brodie Croyle is better than Cam? Stafford? Right. Gumpinhard24/7 is BamaDoc. Imma call you Updyke. Is that alright with you?

Because sometimes, only one straw man argument just isn't satisfying enough...

What the hell does this have to do with UGA? Still can't get over those five yards huh? Worry about your own QB, what's his name again?

Ok sheep doc. What year was he 4th? So you think the 2nd team all conference QB is more deserving of a Heisman runner up finish than the guy he was ranked behind in his own conference.

Not sure, you are the one who originally said he was 4th team by the coaches the same year he won the Heisman. I was just correcting you as that is not a true statement.

quote:

We already know he is less than half the QB Crab legs so why does he go over the 1st team all conference QB? Media hype. Plain and simple.

Of course he isn't on the same level as Winston. I have no problem saying that. He was a damn good college QB though and that is really all that matters to me. Again, you are the one that said Coker was going to be a step up from what we are used to. And last year AJ was 2nd team All-SEC and runner-up for the Heisman. So by your standards you have set, Coker can only go up from there.

quote:

It kills you that Yeldon is the 3rd best back on his on team and probably 7th-8th in the conference without the hype machine.

You obviously know something Saban doesn't.

Just a general question, why would anyone waste time rely to a guy with user name canbamafansread with 45 posts, all of them probably in this thread? Doesn't seem like much point to it

Houston, Florida, UGA, UT >>> FAU, Western Carolina

Jeremy Johnson hasn't done anything significant in his whole career at Auburn. What has he done to prove himself better than the rest of the pack of unproven backups?

Oh, so simply playing against them (regardless of how shitty he played) makes him a superior player. That's hilarious.

About the same thing Derrick Henry had done before his Oklahoma game, but that didn't keep you or any other Alabama fan from slopping on his cock. Sometimes you can just look at a player and the circumstances around him. It's not a hard concept.

Right now, Jeremy Johnson could start at Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Arkansas and maybe LSU/Alabama.

Oh ok, so Jeremy Johnson is a Derrick Henry level talent. sure thing TT.

And playing against SEC teams and helping lead your team to victory means a whole lot more than high school accolades and homer optimism.
