Why not? That might be the only way you get him to stop beating Arkansas

Well,Hayden Fry was an assistant at Arkansas,so I guess supplying them with another coach isn't out of the realm of posibilities.

But I think Bret is here for awhile.

I bet his old lady has Carte Blanche to area WalMarts.

do you really see Iowa as a better job than at Arkansas?

The recruiting would be tougher, against Mayer and Franklin, and now Harbaugh. Dude!

The facilities...ROTFL, I just looked...Not on par with SEC Facilities and overall Arkansas ranks very high with facilities and master plans for the future.

As for endowment... Look again.

If he goes, it is simply because it is his dream to go back... but I seriously doubt it!

Well that was the pinnacle of OM football in 50 years. Beating Arkansas is an expectation for AU. Anything less than that is unacceptable and gets you fired. Just look what happened to Chizik after he struggled with Arky in his tenure.

Dude, the record shouldn't cause you to be so arrogant...
13/10 and 1 tie...

Don't act like your bama or something

I figured it out:

Bert coached at Wisconsin.
Wisconsin beat Auburn with Bert's players and no coach.
Bert has Arkansas trending up.

Pre-2015 fear melt?

Iowa doesn't usually recruit against OSU, UM, and PSU. Same as Arkansas, both programs recruit guys that are under the radar of the big boys in the conference with occasional steals. Difference is Iowa puts successful players in the league. Iowa has nearly as many pro bowl level NFL players as Arkansas has in the NFL period.

Kinnick stadium home field advantage>>>>>> DWR.

Money doesn't matter because for Arkansas to offer something Iowa couldn't match if they really wanted Bielema, they would have to offer him more money than is reasonable for Bielema. Iowa is no poor.

Iowa put so many players in the NFL, that must be why they cant win at the present, they all opt to leave to the NFL as soon as possible.

And comparing the past between the two isn't really a comparison at all. The present is what matters.

Hows that going for ya?

He's like a one-legged man in an arse kicking contest. You can tell he's trying really hard but nothing is landing.

I'm the only one bringing facts to this thread. The only things Arkansad fans are contributing is their own delusional homer view of their program and claims of "you mad" "you scared" "wal mart will buy us anything"

It's pretty clear that Arkansas fans are the ones who are scared of losing Bielema after he gave you the first glimpse of hope since before Petrino crashed his motorcycle.
2 months ago half your fanbase was ready to run Bielema out of town yourselves and now yall are slobbing in his knob because he finished one game over .500. It's pathetic really

Sorry, but we're not too worried about a hypothetical coaching move to a school that still has a coach and by your own admission won't be fired until sometime after next season.

And when we do have to replace him, I've got faith in our AD. You might have heard of him.
