Besides leaving Dak off, looks about right to me.

Saying mett is better than Shaw is blatant bullshite. Mett is a purple and gold spawn of JPW making a baby with Ryan Mallett.

Only one way to determine who is better - have Manziel / McCarron play head to head...

Oh yeah, they already did.

Somewhat Agree. I think you could flip JFF and AJ but you could make the argument AJ is better.

He is still pissed over the play where the Aggie D almost decapitated him and Aaron Wallace held his helmet up as a trophy!

Taking off my maroon glasses there is no way I could take issue with AJ at #1; his accomplishments are incredible.

He just wins.

I'd put JFF at one, but there is definitely an argument for AJ. He's got two rings as a starter, a 10-1 TD : INT Ratio last season, and a prettier girlfriend.

"Jordan Jefferson went 13-1 a couple years back. What's your point?"

Was that sarcasm? Do you mean J. Lee went 8-0 while Jeff was suspended and or sitting the bench til Nov?

Nothing against Andre Ware, who had a great career. But all I can figure is he bases this on who is the most Andre-Ware-like. Manziel clearly doesn't fit anybody's mold. I like AJ a lot but there's no way I'd trade JFF for anybody.

Either way Andre has played grown man football, and the rest of us, have not. I think he would know more than any person on the rant.

I know lots of football players that have played in the NFL and it does not make them great or even good at predicting talent or teams.

If Ware was really good at either he would be in Vegas or with an NFL team making Jack not on ESPN.

His Statement about McCarron being just as good if he played for state is WRONG no other way to say it. He has had the best OL and running back in the conference at Bama he would not come close to that at State.

Top 3 is solid. I'd like to think Mettenberger is top-5 but he's unproven and has had a year to do it.

Really not sure about Tyler Russell. Then again, also have no idea who else would go top-5. QB talent in the SEC isn't spectacular.
