My bad. My message was directed to Andre Ware. You just happened to be the latest post.
I will say your "too emotional" inclusion cracked me up.

McCarron was sacked more at Alabama in 2012 than Russell was at State. State was 2nd in the SEC in fewest sacks allowed- try again

LSU led State by only 6 points in the 4th quarter in Starkville- 2011....State-Bama is 10-0 starting the 4th in 2011...State-LSU are 23-17 midway thru the 3rd in 2012...Ole Miss turns the ball over to State 3 times in the first half in 2012..an AJ McCarron makes the difference in those types of games

Andre Ware has made it known how much he hates A&M over the years. It stems from us upsetting them during his Heisman campaign and Aaron Wallace ripping his helmet off and showing it to the cameras on national TV.
Non-story. He's just butthurt.

quote:No he didn't. Jarrett Lee was the starter and was 8-0 with the offense zinging along, when he was pulled by the head coach. The offense was never the same with JSwag in there and the rest is history.
Jordan Jefferson went 13-1 a couple years back.

I don't understand why people keep hyping Mettenberger. He's mediocre, dwi.

Zinging along till he curled up into a fetal position with the deer-in-the-headlights look after 2 picks against UA.

I'm sure State would have won multiple championships with AJ. I'm sure he would have the same TD to interception ratio with State that he has had at Bama. Still waiting on those tight window throw examples.
AJ is a good college QB, State might have 2 more wins with him the last 2 years but I doubt it. Keep giving me examples of how State has almost won games.

Well seeing as how it's not easy to just find every single game he played, you'll have to be patient. I'll be more than happy to find a few examples for you over the next two or three days.

Andre Ware? My 3 yr old could have come up with that list and in that order. Doesn't make you look smart Andre.

5. Zach Mettenberger 4. Tyler Russell 3. Aaron Murray 2. Johnny Manziel 1. AJ McCarron
Drop Russell to 5' insert Shaw at 4.
Mett out of top 5, solely because LSUs play calling handcuffs him.
JFF and AJ can be flip flopped so I have no issue there. jFF is fun as hell to watch and at the same time he gives me heartburn. AJ is steady at the wheel.

Manziel is a better player.
McCarron is a better Quarterback.
If that made any sense.

AJ is #2 on my list.
1. Manziel
2. AJ
3. Murray
4. Shaw (I like him)
5. Mett (I don't think he has as high of a ceiling as people think. He has great arm strength but he looks like a statue out there.)
ETA: And yes I'm aware he played well vs Bama, but he needs to show more consistency.

hell yes, that makes sense and I agree with you too.
In college, a better player is sometimes all you need. In the NFL, you need to be a better QB and the player will get left behind.

I would have the QB at Suck Carolina over Mett. But other than that I agree.
Some Bama fans hate us now?
We're moving up in the world.
