So winning national championships is completely irrelevent to program success is what you are saying. That's an interesting opinion and I can respect that. I don't agree and I think most would disagree with you, but I understand your position.

I do agree that there are times when it seems unfair that one team won / got to play for a national championship and another team didn't, but winning a national championship is not always (or even most of the time) some random bullshite like you seem to suggest so I think it's still a big deal in evaluating program success.

Reasonable minds can differ.

UT and Phil recruited more on a national level than you are currently doing.

As of right now, our class has 10 commits from outside the SEC footprint. I'm not saying we're recruiting nationally like we were during the SEC title days, but sh!t, we went 5-7 last year. They will come in time.

For the record, the only thing that has kept UT down is coaches. Once y'all find a good coach it wii make a huge difference.

Don't give a frick. MYTHICAL national championship. I would guess Michigan could claim a bunch more if they felt like it.

There are a ton of questionable national championship claims out there and teams that have been robbed but looking back I don't see where Michigan has been robbed in recent decades... their stature in college football is elevated by their name more than anything and that name would give them the benefit of the doubt when they deserved it

I have always had two problems with those rankings

But the main problem is that 'Bama is ranked too high, right?

There a lot of things I could give you shite about, Miami, but I have to give you credit: you wear your agenda on your sleeve and you are not afraid to admit it.
