Nick Saban won a national title with Greg fricking McElroy starting at quarterback. Let's not act like Bama is going to suck because they have average QB play.

That year 2009 Bama only had Four returning starters on offense two wr's, one guard, one tackle.
Bama went 14-0 (8-0 SEC)

IMO, 2009 bama would lose 4, maybe 5 games this year.
They beat 1 good team, UF. Texas was not a good team after McCoy went down, still almost won though.
The second best team bama played in 2009 was #19 and went 9-4.
Bama will play 6 or 7 teams as good or better than the second best team they played in 2009.

This is hilarious I was at the scrimmage, the QB play by Coker was horrible sure, Morris and Bateman was solid. Morris received 85% of the 1st team snaps. Coker had 2 TD passes both on the goal line and both were awesome catches by the receiver not great throws by him. Morris went in, did his job, went out. He didn't struggle at all. Bateman the more athletic of the QB's did fine. had a nice read option run for 20.
For all the Barn folks chiming in, my source on your team said the back up was looking better than JJ here lately. Might want to worry about your own camp.

LSU finished 9-4 that year and finished #17. Good luck trying to convince everyone that Florida was only a "good" team when they went 13-1 with Urban Meyer as the HC and Charlie Strong at DC, then it was led by Tebow, Riley Cooper, Aaron Hernendez, Brandon Spikes, Joe Haden, Jermine Cunningham, Marcus&Maurcie Pouncey, Janoris Jenkins, and Carlos Dunlap. Of course as soon as you said a team that went 14-0 would lose 4-5 games this year, I already knew you were dipping into something retarded.

You have no source on our team!!! Everyone point and laugh at the "sources" poser.
But to address this falseness, JJ didn't even play in saturday's scrimmage (hence Sean White taking the 1st team reps) and in LAST saturday's scrimmage he only played about 25% of the snaps. He did have a slightly "off" game though LAST saturday. Was a little high with his passes, which he's known to be.

LSU finished 19 in the AP poll. And bama barely beat them. And that was their signature win outside of UF.
AU, Tenn, LSU, Miss, MSU, AtM, and UGA all will be better this year than they were in 2009.
