Not sure off the top of my head. At least VT is beat up pretty bad and whoever steps in will have a couple games to get their feet under them.
And most importantly, glad there wasn't a wreck or any injuries because of a stupid decision.

Agreed on the first offense part. You're an idiot if you think possession of marijuana is worse than a DUI.
This was my point. The two situations arent comparable.
DUI is worse than possession, no doubt. However, one player was falling with his first incident of any kind - not even team rules violations previous to this - while the other player has had a few incidents.

I don't know or care if the kid deserves to be kicked off the team (probably not), but DUI is far worse than possession.
I agree but in terms of conduct on a football team most people will view the marijuana charge worse.

Star. Some reports have true freshman Mo Smith backing him up.

Will Saban kick him off like Gus did to McNeal?
Doubt it. Unlike Auburn, Bama does not have a serious discipline problem destroying the program from within that requires harsh punishments for petty crimes like weed possession.

So is UA going to kick this ThugPOS off the team?

Didn't you just have three guys mug someone on campus? Quite the active offseason for the most perfect program ever.

I thought Cyrus was backing him up, but this makes more sense. Cyrus is 4th best corner on the team so he probably is backing up starters Fulton and Belue. He probably will be asked to step in and play star. Both Cy and Mo have had solid camp from what I've heard.

I'm surprised a trailer trash gump fan didn't run in the vehicle and say he was driving

I never saw the Saban signal in the sky. System is flawed IMO.

Yep, plus an another kid used a student ID to buy something from the snack machine. All 4 were highly recruited with one being a 5 star WR. All 4 were kicked off the team. Bama is not perfect, but Saban has the team under his control. Malzahn is having to re-establish control of a talented but completely undisciplined squad he inherited.

What kind of car was he driving? Don't those cops know that they aren't supposed to pull over Chargers.
Seriously, He doesn't look high in the mug shot. Driving with a buzz I bet. Run him for a day and let him play.
