Apples and oranges. Possession of marijuana and DUI (possible) are not equal. Also, this - if true - would be Smith's first incident of any kind since arriving on campus. Not the see with McNeil.

Wut? DUI is a 1000% more fatal crime than possession. Obviously not the case here, just saying DUI is not some piddly thing while possession makes you Pablo Escobar.

IMO and I don't care what program it is if it's the players first offense everybody deserve a second chance. That's what makes you better and more experienced as a person. I wouldn't take back any fuk up that I've ever done because it made me who I am today..
