7 wins is a very real possibility, we are middle of the SEC right now at best.

Auburn probably is top 5 in SEC. If Austin Wiley improves we could be top 3-4

Wiley is the wild card/ X factor for AU. If he progresses quickly we should be a solid top 4 or 3.

Yep, Auburn is a solid 20 win team.

I still think Auburn is about a .500 team in-conference

Offense is streaky, drought-prone, and somewhat reliant on volume (Heron was what, 6-20?).

Perimeter defense is a concern. UConn missed probably ten wide-open threes. Better SEC teams, even middle-of-the-pack teams, will knock those down.

You can tell the talent is there but I think top four is a stretch

I do too but if AU makes a run at the #4/#5 spot in the conference, we'll be in a solid position for postseason.

I think we'd all welcome being in the conversation for the 4th best team in the conference.

Auburn's KenPom projection changed to 8-10 after today's game.

This looks about right. Could swing 2 games either way.

Arkansas is winless all time in Reed Arena.

A&M is winless all time in Bud Walton.

Do either one of those stop?

Wouldn't count on it at Bud Walton. Even our really bad teams play well at home. A&M is definitely good enough to win there though.

AU probably has the most room to improve than any other sec team... this team should only get better from here, but there will be hiccups.

I think we'll know pretty quick if auburn is legit withy UGA at home on Thursday and at Vandy to open conference play.

I would say a Kentucky and Tennessee have a lot of room to improve as well. They are all 3 among the 20 least experienced teams in America according to KenPom.

Kentucky: 9 man rotation
3 seniors
2 sophomores
4 freshmen (3 starters)

Tennessee: 11 man rotation
2 seniors
1 junior
2 sophomores
6 freshmen (3 or 4 starters)

Auburn a little harder to define with the suspensions and addition of Wiley but they seem to be playing 5 freshmen with regularity and starting 4.

What's that's sample size? 2 games? And sorry, aTm has never beaten Arkansas by 20 points in Reed Arena.

We won't bring up the all time series record, just so you can save face here.
