It's not like Baton Rouge, where the cops are throwing piss balloons and whiskey bottles along with everyone else.

CSPD types are the same as 2ID MPs in Tongduchon...start a fight, then flash your badge when they're losing.

It's unfortunate.
If/when our players (and students) break the law, they need to be dealt with accordingly.
But on the surface, it's starting to appear that some of these officers are nuts.
He looked like he was going to fight?
Lord, have mercy.

I don't know. I wasn't there.
I can only go by the news report.
But on the surface, it seems shitty.
Fighting? Yeah, intervene.
Looking like he may fight? That's murky water.
That said, these players need to think, as well as do a better job of looking out for each other.

He was underage and coming out of a bar drunk. That's reason enough alone to arrest him.

Let's just be honest here. You're more upset about your star WR not being let off then whether or not he actually was breaking the law.

Absolutely it stinks that RS-J was arrested.
Interesting that he didn't receive an MIP.
I wasn't there, and I don't know what happened.
CSPD is very heavy handed--that was my point.

You'd have a point if he'd actually been arrested for PI.

He was arrested for cussing and threatening a dude while being carried away.

It's asinine.

Sucks to have lost on on some of these talents but Im glad that our coach has the character to not recruit based on being a haven for thugs. Claiborne, Speedy, Seals-Jones, and Golden all in about half an offseason?

Youve had as many players arrested in 3 months as weve had in 4 years. Good job aggies. Some school of honor there.

Love the sequence of events:

1. Aggie players start getting arrested left and right
2. Suddenly the College Station police department turns into Athens police department

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is what Johnny Manziel was referring to when he complained about CSPD. I'm all about keeping the peace; but come on.

I started laughing when I read that. Really, there was nothing else you could do but arrest the dude? So he acted like he wanted to fight and said some curse words. What happened to warnings with little shite like this? Was he drunk or something? Did he put up a struggle or something? How about trying to control all the damn murdering and leave lil shite like silly arguments to warnings.
