You didn't hear it until after LSU got the door blown off by Arkansas. We knew Alabama was better. But the Arkansas game showed a team that was not responding, coached well, or both.
You can criticize all you want, but no one with a straight face can say they would accept this.

L5U thinks it's an elite program but it's second tier in reality.
To think they can do better than Leslie is fricking nuts.

Not a melt. Many LSU fans have had enough, and strangely, most SEC opponent fans basically say, "Les is the best thing for LSU right now. Leave him be. We like LSU right where it is". We're saying "BS".

Yeah, let's keep him for another 20 years. Idiot.

If LSU finishes with 2 losses, that's not really a decline. But not an incline either.
Bruh, we were 8-5 last year. Winning 3 more games seems like an incline to me

I can't believe I'm agreeing with a Bama fan. NONE of the posters in this or any other "fire Les" thread have been present in the first half of this season. These are all the nega-tigers who've been sitting back waiting for this team's first slip up.
Shame on all of you! You are not true Tiger fans. Go buy yourselves some red t-shirts and find another team. The real fans will stick by our head coach and continue to wear the P&G proudly.

Oh ok, I guess Florida fans should just "accept" pre-1990 results as the norm for them

Being spoiled and/or entitled is a good thing. If you don't demand excellence, you'll never get it.

Literally all of those things apply to A&M if you just replace running the ball with throwing the ball or vice versa. Except y'all love y'alls coach.

Nick Saban once coached LSU

LSU has what is likely the second best coach in the SEC, despite his faults. It really is a "he's not Nick Saban" situation. Just don't be so sure you could land a better coach anyway. Not a lot are going to come running to a school that dumps a guy who wins 10+ games nearly every year, with two conference championships and a national title.

if you paid attention you'd realize that LSU fans believe Les wins despite himself. The horses are there, just wrong jockey. You can pretend you know what our fan base thinks all you want, but you're dead wrong.
Ehh... When things are great, you people love you some Les Miles. That's a fact.
I'll start a thread about it if I must.

The reality is that without legendary coaches, Alabama is nothing. Unless you can continue to get them (which is a possibility considering the lengths to which Bama fans will go to have a good college football team) you really are a slightly above average program.
In other words, LSU, A&M, Florida, and UGA are all better positioned for long-term success than Bama. Recruits today don't give a frick about "tradition".

My loyalty is to LSU, not the HC. If he succeeds, great.

It's funny when fans of OM, TAMU, etc say shite like this. Sorry that yall are ok with mediocrity? It'll be fun to watch them come up with shite if LSU were to somehow land Jimbo or another big name.

No. And I cannot understand how you can say this without laughing behind your keyboard.

This kind of argument is astoundingly stupid.

No shite Sherlock
That's how this works. Win=happy lose=not happy. In quite literally every sport on the planet.
Being 7-0 didn't mean LSU fans thought Les was frickin' Bill Belichick.
