Seriously?

Ole Miss hasn't sniffed a big bowl game in damn near 45 years. Ole Miss hasn't won any type of conference championship since 1963. Yet you think you can talk down to another program?

Roflmao

Keep winning Aluminum Bowls and Arkansas will keep contending for conference titles every 4-5 years.

It's certainly not an Alabama program, but it sure as shite isn't Ole Miss.

Y'all are the laughing stock of CFB, brah.

Your ex-coach gets caught banging an intern. His successor is on bath salts and loses to The University of Louisiana. Your current coach is fat and unsuccessfully teamed with the sport's #1 villain to stop the HUNH.

Just give it up.

What makes you think Arkansas can return to national prominence?

Very poor in-state talent and the whole culture thing are working against you. How many recruits want to play in front of fanbase where it's ok to be a 40-year old guy wearing a pig nose doing spirit fingers?

The good old Southwest Conference for you, which was back then what the Big Ten is now -- plow through the conference and then get stomped when you face actual competition.

As if y'all have done anything since joining a real conference in 92.

Football didn't start in 1990

I would imagine Florida hasn't come within....probably 5 games of Arkansas' longest winning streak....just a guess of course.

A&M's bowl record from SWC play was at least even (12-10)

Big 12 bowl record: 2-9

Let's narrow it down to the BCS bowls plus the Cotton, first by appearances (I moved quickly through wikipedia so these numbers may be slightly off)

Alabama - 38 (not including one which was vacated)
LSU - 25
Arkansas - 21
Texas A&M - 15
Ole Miss - 14
Auburn - 11
Mississippi State - 3

By winning percentage:

Ole Miss - 10-4 - .714
Alabama - 21-16-1 - .553
LSU - 12-12-1 - .500
Texas A&M - 8-8 - .500
Auburn - 5-5-1 - .500
Mississippi State - 1-2 - .333
Arkansas - 6-13-2 - .286

But I think the appearance number is far more important. And BTW, it was clear the Ole Miss numbers were inflated by the Vaught era. Apart from 3 fairly recent Cotton Bowls, they haven't done much.

The other takeaway is that Arkansas historically is underrated.
